Homesite Price Discount
- 10% discount off the listed homesite price.
Tumble Creek Club Membership Offer
- A Honolulu (social) membership in Tumble Creek Club ($10,000 value)*.
- Dues for the Honolulu membership will paid for by developer for one year**
OR
- A membership upgrade to a Golf membership in Tumble Creek Club is available for $20,000 (savings of $20,000)*.
- Equivalent of one year of Honolulu memberships dues**.
