Purchase incentives are only available to those who purchase a developer homesite that is part of the fall release. If you are paying cash for your homesite, you must close within 30-days to take advantage of these purchase incentives. If you are financing the purchase of your homesite, you must close within 45-days to take advantage of these purchase incentives. 

*The Honolulu member will be vested at $0 and the Golf member will be vested at $20,000.

**The dues credit for either club membership will be a lump sum credit on the member’s club account calculated at the current dues rates of $290 + $37.70 taxes = $327.70 x 12 months = $3,932.40.
